The land as edged red on the attached plan is situated to the west side of White Row Lane just off the main A52 in the parish of Trusthorpe, approximately ½ mile to the west of Sutton on Sea.


There are two accesses off White Row Lane into the Field.


The land is being sold as per the area as shown on the new edition Ordnance Survey Plan TF5183, parcel number 3600, 2.25 Acres (more or less).


We are not aware if the land is registered with the RPA and as such there are no Entitlements included in the sale.

LN13 9DR to arrive no later than 12 noon, Monday 29 July 2019.
(b) All offers should be stated in £ Sterling and it is recommended that offers are made for an odd figure to avoid the possibility of duplicate bids.
(c) Escalating offers or offers made by reference to other offers will not be accepted.
(d) The Purchaser will be expected to exchange contracts within 28 days of formal acceptance of the offer.
