Access to the site is immediately off Burgh Road as show on the Site Plan, however ELDC comments that this access is only suitable for pedestrian purposes and that the vehicular access would have to be on Low Road.

Friskney is located in the Fens and is approximately 10 miles from Skegness and 14 miles from Boston, alongside A52 the coast road. Both having hospitals, wide range of shops and train stations.

Friskney has a Primary School, Village Hall, two Public House and a Village Shop. Old Leake is approximately 5 miles south west has a secondary school and doctor’s surgery. The neighbouring market town of Wainfleet is approximately 4 miles north east and has a railway station, doctor’s surgery and a small range of shops.
