As shown edged red on the plan and described on HM Land Registry as Title No. LL380024, O.S No. TF3357SE, OR, on the Second Edition 1905 Ordnance Survey Plan as Field No. 198 extending to 1.913 Acres (more or less), being pastureland on the west side of West Fen Lane, Stickney, Boston PE22 8BD. (West Fen Lane is situated off Hall Lane, to the northwest of the village.) It is believed the field may have been underdrained several years ago with laterals running east to west discharging into the open ditch, but no layout plans are available.
