We are offering the land for sale in its entirity, however, the vendors are open to all offers, whether interested parties wish to purchase garden extensions or part of the land or purchase the land as a whole. The land is accessed via a vehicular gate directly off the A16, a publicly maintained highway. There is a second access via Fen Lane entering the southern half of the land. This access has not been used for in excess of 15 years and the adjoining owner has since erected a brick retaining wall to the front of the access. The opening to the access is concreted and the adjoining property owner has a right of access over the frontage area. Further information regarding this access can be supplied to prospective purchasers as and when requested.
