Situation & Description -

The Land as edged red on the attached Plan is situated to the North of the village of East Kirkby, with frontage to Chapel Lane and Church Lane. The Land comprises 5.81 Acres which was set down to a wild bird mix in 2014 but has not been farmed since. Prior to 2014 the Field was arable.

Access -

There is direct access off the main Chapel Lane highway and off Church Lane adjacent to the Church.

LN13 9DR to arrive no later than 12 noon, Tuesday 21st May 2019.
(b) All offers should be stated in £ Sterling and it is recommended that offers are made for an odd figure to avoid the possibility of duplicate bids.
