Location -

From Alford travel east into the village of Bilsby, bearing right onto Thurlby Road. After approximately 3 miles, turn right towards Mumby and continue on this road for a further 1.5 miles until turning right towards Helsey. Continue on this road for a further 0.8 miles where the land lies on both the right and left hand side of Helsey Lane and ‘For Sale’ boards are erected to make identification easier.

TenurePossession -

The land is Freehold and is being offered for sale with full Vacant Possession following completion. The land is currently being farmed by Mr D Cragg who shall continue to farm the land until completion. At this point, the purchasers shall purchase the growing crops, comprising the cost of seeds, fertiliser, sprays and cultivations (based on CAAV costings). Alternatively, Mr D Cragg would be pleased to harvest the crops, giving Vacant Possession following harvest 2021.
