Location -

The land is situated to the west of the village of Maltby le Marsh and is accessed from Causeway Bank Lane which is an un-made track. A “For Sale“ board will be erected on the land and also at the end of Causeway Bank Lane near the public highway (A1104).

The land is Freehold and is being offered for sale with full vacant possession upon completion. Early entry will be available upon exchange of contracts and the payment of a double deposit.

It is understood that there is a shared (sub-metered) water supply pipe which extends as far as Lot 1 although it has not been used on Lots 1 or 2 for several years.

GRADESOILTYPETOPOGRAPHY -

All the land is level lying and scheduled Grade 3 by the Agricultural Land Classification of England & Wales. The predominant soil type as defined by Soil Survey of England and Wales as Wallasey 2 – Marine alluvium and described as “deep stoneless clay soils, calcareous in places. Some deep calcareous silty soils“.
